Carina Lundberg Markow

Head of CSR, Folksam, Sweden.

Carina Lundberg Markow has a masters degree in political science (cand. scient pol) from University of Götebrog and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Since 2001, Carina has been the Director and Head of Ethical analysis with responsibility for Corporate Governance at Folksam. Before that, she held the position of CEO in SEB and Trygg Banken.

In 2008 the Swedish Insurance association awarded her the Swedish Insurance prize. The prize was awarded for Carinas consistent, fighting spirit and profiled criticism on issues related to corporate social responsibility issues such as environment, gender and ethics. The Association found that she communicates in a good, balanced and clear manner in the media concerning these issues.
