CEO, PKA A/S (Pension fund), Vice chairman of Danish Insurance Association

Since 2001 Peter Damgaard Jensen is the CEO of PKA. PKA is one of the largest administration companies for occupational pension funds in Denmark.

The PKA Group was established and is owned by eight occupational pension funds with a total of 235,000 members, mainly employees in the public social and health sectors

After graduating in 1981 from The University of Aarhus as a master of Political Science he joined the Association of County Councils in Denmark. In 1985 he moved to the Danish Nurses Organization in Denmark where he had different management positions. He left the Danish Nurses Organization in 2001 to join PKA.

Peter is the chairman of the board in PKA+ Pensions Ltd and Forca Ltd (Two companies in the Danish pension fund and life insurance industry).

Peter is a member of the board in Axcel Ltd and. (a private equity company) and Concito (a ‘green think tank’)
